It all started with a gift of a salad bowl almost twenty years ago and since then my Vallance pottery collection has taken over my kitchen. Quite a few pieces I have found at garage sales and thrift stores.Obviously, they did not appreciate the simple beauty of this pottery.
Love the pottery! I'm not familiar with the name . . . but I'll be looking out for it at thrifts and tag sales for sure. I love a cup of coffee in a hand-thrown mug. . . fingers curl around it just right.
Thanks for the blog visit. I am enjoying my visit here -- flower pics and bag pics are just my style!

What beautiful pottery!! It's funny how collections take on a life of their own.
I am also a collector and hate the fact that I can no longer purchase from a retail store, the pieces I am missing!
