Davison Orchards

It was hot, crowded, and noisy  but despite all that we had the most fun at Davison Orchards in Vernon. After filling the van with fruit and veggies, bread and pies, we took a ride around the orchards in an apple box train pulled by a really big tractor.

The line-up for lunch was 45 minutes long; we ordered, paid, and were given a hockey puck shaped buzzer to take back to our table. When it buzzed we picked up our lunch at the kitchen window. Lunch was served in actual pie-plates. The food was good but the pies were even better.
