Tucci and Brown Sugar

We've always loved Stanley Tucci but who new he was such a great cook. Mr. Cowboy made Tucci's Vegetable Parmigiana for dinner; amazing!

And for dessert I chose to make Peach Cobbler from Tanya Holland's Brown Sugar Kitchen. Not too sweet with a very buttery and creamy topping; this is a winner!
