It is not a good idea to have these cookies around the house. They are full of butter and chocolate chips and some other stuff that makes them crunchy. I made a few dozen tonight to gift them to my brother-in-law, he has always loved my chocolate chip cookies. That is the only reason I made these cookies. We did do a taste test to make sure that they taste as good as they look.
