Food





It doesn't have to be a special time of year for me to make a frittata; they are great all the time. This one was made with zucchini and just big enough for one person made especially without onions.





Even though a certain someone isn't supposed to eat wheat, Mr. Cowboy made up a batch of pyrahi; russian dumplings filled with vegetables and served with lots of melted butter and a dollop of sour cream.

I've been reading the book you spoke of a while back, the one about Eternity in Italy (I've never been good with titles) Some of the recipes we already do, some are new.
