Cooking lessons

Red peppers in tomato sauce on homemade bread.

Fresh egg noodles in a cream and bacon sauce with lots of garlic and red chili flakes.

I tried a new recipe to use up some old bananas; Banana Chocolate Chip Cake with sour cream from Bon Appetit. This is a really rich cake.

Pork stew with potatoes, asparagus (from Armstrong), carrots, celery, and onions with a splash of tomato sauce to finish it off.
