I had never made asparagus soup before so I gave it a try and it is now a keeper recipe. Lots of garlic, onions, and red pepper flakes give the soup a nice zing.
For dessert I made an apple pie with a mix pf apples. Spartans from the packing house in Osoyoos and Macs from Keremeos. Very nice.
