Chinese Chicken-again

I don't know where I got the recipe from but this is our favourite chicken dish. The recipe follows; just don't overcook it like I did.

3 lbs chicken (I use thighs or drumsticks)
Salt and Pepper
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 cup honey
1 clove garlic, mashed

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and whisk well. Pour over chicken. Bake at 375F for one hour or more basting  frequently. Enjoy!
