Last week we took a walk up Humphrey Road, checked out Mesa Estates, and meandered through Sedona. The view is wonderful; we walked to the fence line of one of the empty lots and looked down at our house and beyond. There are no trees and no garden spaces; these homes are just squished into the space between the cliff and the high voltage power lines. It just seems like yesterday, before the road and construction, that we used to walk up there and enjoy the peace and quiet. It is gone, never to return.
It was a cold and damp day but inside it was a Chicken Cordon Bleu Day. The stuffed chicken was juicy and tender, the veggies were al dente, and the wine was Ruffino Chianti.

honestly, I think you need to put together a recipe book.
I would be the first one to buy it as our home needs a shot in the arm for dinner!
short of all of us moving in with you and Mr. Cowboy...
