Friday night special

Mr. Cowboy does a lot of cooking around here. It's quite something to come home from work and have dinner on the table without having to lift a finger. When he told me that he was making tomato sauce for tonight, I wasn't too keen on his choice for a Friday night dinner. But what I didn't know was that he was preparing my favourite pasta, bucatini. The meatless sauce was rich and thick, full of parsley, onions, and garlic. A wonderful dinner accompanied by a bottle of Valpolicella.
